RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the package being delivered. 

Final Sale items will not be eligible for store credit. Bodysuits are not eligible to be returned as well due to sanitary reasons.

*RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS*

  • To return or exchange an item, please email TheDolledUpCowgirl@gmail.com with your order number for the return address.
  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return and reship charges.
  • It is highly recommended that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not responsible for any return that is lost in the postal system.
  • Your item must be unworn, no stains or makeup, and unwashed to be eligible for a return. 

*NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED* 

You will be issued store credit. NO refunds. 

LOST MAIL
Once your item has been taken to the post office and has a tracking number, you must contact your local post office for any further questions. We are unable to assist your package once it has been out of our hands. 

DAMAGED ITEM

If you have received a damaged item, you must email TheDolledUpCowgirl@gmail.com within 7 DAYS  from the package delivery date.
